DARREN TRAVIS - VOCALS, GUITARS
A screaming machine grinding riffs on riffs with his pair of custom Flying V's, Darren is the motorbike rally fanatic that fronts SADUS since the beginning. His razor-like voice states as a trademark for the band, and he considers his technical skills as a result of the work done with his bandmates. Darren's into hockey (he loves the SHARKS) and has got a bunch of sporty hobbies. Inbetween 2002 / 2003 Darren was very active on the internet too - but soon he got tired of the whole computer thing. To quote himself, he actually hates to type and is much more into the guitar practice.
Besides being a superlative guitarist, Darren is also the main lyricist for the band, among with Steve.

JON ALLEN - DRUMS, PERCUSSIONS
SADUS' skinsman is a bold viking who just loves to destroy his Pearl drumset with precision and capability. He's involved in the songwriting of their tracks as well as Darren and Steve are, and his style is a powerful mix of lethal speed combined with awesome technique. It is impressive to notice how great his skills used to be also in the starting days of his career. He kept growing album after album and the best way to understand this is probably to take a chance and listen his abilities while on stage. A RAIDERS aficionado, Jon used to be active into the TESTAMENT fold for 3 years and is actually behind the kit also on Eric Peterson's DRAGONLORD.

STEVE DIGIORGIO - BASS, SYNTHESIZERS
Universally recognized in the metal community for his unique style, Steve is the main spokesman for SADUS and is an official ESP endorser. It's very hard to cover his biography, because he has been hired by lots of bands to lend his stiff fingers and helped to release some of the genre's masterpieces with his work on such acts as DEATH, TESTAMENT, VINTERSORG. Also known as 'hippie of doom' while online in his own forum, this skilled professional is cool enough to asnwer his thousands of fans personally. He can be reached at his personal website where you'll also find lots of interesting infos and pics covering his lifetime with the band and the dozens of his side projects too.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: Why isn't Darren answering my emails?
A: He is not using his connection anymore. The reason's why he hates to lose time in front of a computer. Wise guy. Busy too. Steve will be glad to answer your question on his forum anyway. An Jon's got an email address too, ya know?
Q: Is Jon still playing with TESTAMENT?
A: He officially is not. Rumors are it's the exact opposite. He is still into DRAGONLORD though.
Q: I saw a pic of Steve holding a double-neck bass. Was that a joke?
A: No, Steve actually owns a custom ESP double-neck bass. 10 strings in total - one neck is fretted, the other is not. The amount of sound coming from that bass was simply unbelievable, way back in Rome.
Q: Why is the recording process of the new album taking so much time? Seven years are passed since Elements of Anger came out!
A: Dude, I know. But the guys are just human. They all have a regular job beside bands - and are married too. A family is a 24/7 job. So just wait and prepare to enjoy the stuff.
Q: Why SADUS is not coming to play in my country?
A: They're almost a self financied band. They're really underground and that's probably why. You can help this situation by spreading the freaking word.
Q: Why isn't Rob Moore playing with SADUS anymore?
A: Rob found himself no longer in the band way back in 1994. The guys prefer to jump on the next question.. That's a private issue ...which is pretty much obvious.
Q: I can't find the first SADUS albums anywhere. What can I do?
A: You have 2 chances: go buying a Chronicles of Chaos copy, which is a compilation covering the 75% of their first releases; or go searching for the albums on Ebay. There's also a slight possibility to find those cds at a store located in Chicago, named METAL HAVEN. I found the A Vision of Misery cd in there back in sept. 2004. Kudos to my Chitown friends!
Q: So why is an italian guy running a website for SADUS?
A: Next question... : )
Q: Who is Rob Lewis?
A: Shame on you! Rob is "the glue holding all of this together"... which basically means he's SADUS' fourth member in disguise. There's just one word to describe him: amazing. It'd be good to cheer him up - he's one hell of a cool guy and deserves every single bit of your respect.
Q: Is DARK HALL still active?
A: Actually I think that the project is on the shelf. Their page on mp3.com is also down. That's just too bad -some incredible musicianship is all around in there.
Q: What is this SUICIDE SHIFT project?
A: It was a side project that involved TESTAMENT's Chuck Billy besides every SADUS member and some other noticeable musician too. It started back in 2002 and since then, nothing has happened. It'd be nice to have a chance to hear what these guys sounded like when they were playing together.
